Shipping Policy

At Rafima Coffee Roasters, we ensure fast and secure delivery of your orders in partnership with Bosta.

1. Delivery Time

- Cairo & Giza: 2 to 5 business days
- Other governorates: 3 to 7 business days
- No deliveries on Fridays or official holidays

2. Shipping Partner

All deliveries are handled by Bosta, and only the necessary shipping details are shared with them.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, a tracking link will be sent via email or SMS.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on delivery address and weight and shown before checkout.
We currently do not offer free shipping.

5. Undelivered Orders

If the delivery fails, the shipment will be returned. A re-shipping fee may be charged for future attempts.
