Since our products are consumable goods (coffee beans), returns are limited to ensure quality and safety.

1. Eligible Return/Exchange Cases


- You received the wrong item
- The product arrived damaged or unusable
- The product must be unopened and unused

2. Return Timeframe

You must submit your return request within 48 hours of receiving your order.

3. Return Process
